ICANN sued by unsuccessful new gTLD applicant

ICANN has been sued by the disgruntled new gTLD applicant DotConnectAfrica, in order to prevent the delegation of .AFRICA to its rival applicant ZA Central Registry, reports Hogan Lovells.
